Mohini Patel FNP-C

Mohini Patel, APRN, FNP-C has been caring for patients as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2022 and has been a Registered Nurse since 2012. With 8 years of ICU experience and 2 years in the cardiac catheterization lab, she brings a strong foundation in critical care and patient-focused medicine. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas.

Mrs. Patel provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from newborns to adults, offering both wellness and sick visits. She has a strong passion for nutrition and enjoys helping patients understand how lifestyle and dietary choices impact their overall health. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and holds certifications in ACLS and BLS.

Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Houston, TX, in 2017 and then to Dunwoody, GA, in November 2025 with her husband and two children. Outside of work, Mrs. Patel enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors with her family. She loves connecting with patients and helping them lead healthier, happier lives.
