Rachel Poage, APRN, NP-C has been practicing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2018 and a Registered Nurse since 2012. She is board-certified in Pediatric Nursing and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Advertising (2012) from the University of Texas, Arlington; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2012) from Belmont University, Nashville; and Master of Science in Nursing (2018) from Maryville University, St. Louis.
Ms. Poage has a special interest in pediatric primary care. She is skilled in providing care for infants up to young adult patients for both wellness and sick visits, along with the management of their chronic illnesses.
Ms. Poage is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). She is a certified ACLS and BLS provider. Ms. Poage has resided in the city of Suwanee, GA, since 2017 with her husband and her three kids in college. She loves reading and traveling, as well as hiking waterfalls in Georgia.
