Dr. Monal Shah has over 15 years of experience practicing general pediatrics and providing pediatric pulmonary care for children’s lung diseases including asthma.

 Dr. Shah is fellowship trained at University of California San Francisco in pediatric pulmonary medicine. After that, she conducted research as a research fellow at Stanford University. Dr.Shah completed her medical education from BJ Medical College, Gujarat University, one of the top 20 medical schools in India. She went on to complete her pediatric residency in India. After coming to the United States she started her residency in Pediatrics at Woodhull Medical Center, New York.

After finishing her post-doc at Stanford university, Dr Shah joined as faculty at UCLA Medical Center. After that, she was a faculty member at The Emory University pediatric pulmonary department. She decided to start Peach Clinic in 2014 along with her husband Dr. Dhaval Shah.

Dr.Shah is board certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Pulmonary medicine.

Pediatrics and pediatric pulmonary is Dr. Shah’s passion. She is well-rounded and very hands-on in taking care of her pediatric patients and enjoys taking care of difficult pediatric lung diseases.

  • Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta: Scottish Rite Hospital, Egleston Hospital at Emory Campus.

Other than English, Dr. Shah is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Dr Shah lives in suburban Atlanta with her family. She is trained in classical Indian music and enjoys singing.
